Privacy Policy

What we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what we never do.

The short version

We collect the details you send us so we can quote and carry out septic and sewer work. We do not sell them and we do not share them with anyone except the services that help us run the business.

What we collect

  • What you send us. Your name, phone number, email address, service address and whatever you type into the message box on our contact form
  • Basic usage data. Pages viewed, how you reached the site and general location at city level, collected through Google Analytics

We do not ask for payment card details through this website and you should never send them to us by email or through the contact form.

What we do with it

  • Reply to your enquiry and give you an estimate
  • Schedule and carry out the work
  • Keep a service record for your property, which matters for warranty and for future visits
  • Understand which pages on this site are useful, in aggregate

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, our form provider. Site traffic is measured with Google Analytics. Those two companies process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to marketing companies.

We will share information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to carry out permitted work with Forsyth County Environmental Health or another county authority.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. You can block cookies in your browser settings and this site will still work normally. You can also install the Google Analytics opt out add on if you prefer.

Calls and text messages

If you call us or send a text, we keep your number so we can call you back about the job. Giving us your number is not consent to marketing messages. We do not run text marketing campaigns from this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for a reasonable period and then cleared. Job records are kept longer, because warranty questions and permit history come up years later and a missing record hurts the customer more than it helps.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The one limit is that we may need to keep records tied to permitted work. Email rledesma.rooterplus@gmail.com or call (678) 262-6488.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date below. Last updated 16 September 2026.

Who Should You Call for This?

Somebody near you who has done it before. The directory lists every septic and sewer company in each market it covers, checked against its own public record before it went on a page, ordered by review count. Nobody paid to be on it and no position is for sale.
